We were greeted on the charming terrace of the Fischer bakery in Mensdorf by Carole Muller, CEO of the renowned Fischer bakeries, President of the Luxembourg Confederation, director at LuxConnect and mother.
From mouth-watering breads and delicious pastries to traditional know-how and innovation, Carole explains how she came to the head of this century-old family business, how she made her place there and her role today.
We also had the opportunity to accompany her to the shores of the Lac de la Haute-Sûre to discuss relaxation and leisure and to learn more about this committed and dynamic business leader who is not afraid to get her hands dirty.
Having a strong relationship with your bank is crucial for any business. It has to be a partnership and a relationship of support between the bank and the company. A relationship of trust and regular communication is essential.
