Stéphanie Jauquet, manager of the brands Cocottes, Um Plateau, Tempo, Wine Not? and La Baraque takes a break from her hectic schedule. We began our interview in the pleasant surroundings of Orval Abbey, a historic landmark with a gourmet tradition. Hear about the inspiring journey of a resourceful entrepreneur who is passionate about her job and loves quality products.
We provide a service, and I can’t imagine doing this without a smile. We’re selling a dream. We have to listen to people, and for me it’s essential that our teams feel comfortable and connect with customers.
Stéphanie Jauquet runs several gourmet brands in Luxembourg: Um Plateau, a restaurant with a warm and refined atmosphere; Tempo, a restaurant located to the rear of Luxembourg Philharmonie; Wine Not? and its delicious combinations of food and wine; La Baraque, with its delicious Belgian products; and of course, the Cocottes stores, which have been expanding throughout Luxembourg since 2014.
