We met Lola Valerius, a chocolatier with a passion for her art, in her shop right in the centre of Esch-sur-Alzette. Travels, discoveries and architecture\u2026 Lola reveals her unusual career path and invites us into a colourful world of perfume and sweet flavours. This is also a great opportunity to get back in touch with nature by following the picturesque paths of the Ellergronn nature reserve, just a few minutes from Esch-sur-Alzette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
